Review by hotel critic
During my recent gourmet getaway to Rosa in Baveno, Italy, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary innovation showcased at the hotel's restaurant. As a dedicated food enthusiast, the delicious buffet catered to my tastes, offering a delightful array of first and main dishes, along with tempting desserts that satisfied my cravings for European and Italian cuisine. For dinner, I opted to dine at Bar Sirio, which was conveniently located just steps away from the hotel. The ambiance was inviting, and the service impeccable. The chef's attention to detail was evident in every dish served. The flavors were harmonious, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes. For breakfast, I indulged in an English breakfast spread at the hotel, appreciating the diverse selection of morning delights that set a perfect tone for the day ahead.Rosa impressed me with its culinary offerings, making it a destination I would gladly return to. If you're a discerning traveler seeking a gastronomic experience, Rosa is the place to be.
